1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). If you are not satisfied with Interview Strike for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date.
- The 30-day guarantee applies only to the first payment. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
- Each user is eligible for one refund under this policy. If you re-subscribe after receiving a refund, future payments are not eligible.
- Refunds are only approved if you have used less than 20% of your allocated services or credits during the billing period.
3. Top-Up Credits
Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. All top-up credit sales are final.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle outside of the 30-day guarantee window.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
