1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Interview Strike's website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Plans: We offer Free, Starter, and Pro subscription plans. Plan details, including credit allocations and pricing, are listed on our Pricing page.
- Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you select. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- Credits: Monthly credits reset on your billing date and do not carry over. Top-up credits carry over and remain valid for 1 year from purchase. An active paid plan is required to purchase or use top-up credits.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your account.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Share, resell, or redistribute your account or the software
- Use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
- Create multiple free accounts to circumvent credit limits
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Interview Strike and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every platform or configuration. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interview Strike and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring your use complies with any applicable rules, policies, or agreements of third-party platforms and employers. Interview Strike is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the Service during interviews or assessments.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Interview Strike operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
